It is the case the product is designed around, not an exception it tolerates. Every teacher owns their own subjects and grants them to your centre. You list them, you enrol your students, and the teacher keeps the recording.

Your centre. Nothing about the arrangement, and no sign of any other centre.

If a teacher leaves

New enrolments stop. Students already enrolled keep access until their enrolment ends, so a mid-term exit does not strand a batch.

Once. This is the difference that decides the bill. A student taking six subjects from six teachers is one student to us, not six enrolments.

Ten teachers with 350 shared students pay for 350 students — not for the roughly 1,000 enrolments those students actually hold.

Teachers who grant you a subject are not billed to you, and their own private students stay on their own account.

The same rate as anyone else: free up to 25 students, Rs 3,000 a month to 75, Rs 6,000 to 225, and Rs 12,000 to 600. A 350-student branch is on the Professional tier at Rs 12,000 a month. Above 600 students, our Enterprise tier adds Rs 15 per student, capped at Rs 55,000 maximum. No setup fee and no contract.

Because granted subjects are stored once rather than copied per centre, a large shared library adds nothing to what you pay.

It does not collect fees, mark attendance, or run your admissions. There is no payment handling of any kind — Tarteeb never sees a fee, an invoice, or a transaction, and cannot tell you whether a student has paid.

If what you need is a full school management system, say so and we will tell you honestly that this is not it. Tarteeb is the lesson side: teacher, subject, lecture, student.

By hand, by us. Each teacher links the Drive folder they already record into, we ingest the back catalogue at no charge, and you get a branded join code to give your students. We do the first setup with you rather than sending a help article.
